Fatigue isn’t the prerequisite price of ambition I once believed it was.
On many occasions, I pushed through exhaustion, convinced that relentless discomfort was what built character. At some point, that became a cycle of insanity: doing the same thing every day - trying harder and harder - and expecting my energy to miraculously improve.
I watched colleagues operate on fumes as well. They kept drinking more coffee and sleeping less; they repeated the same cliches about grit and how tough every step of life has to be every time I saw them.
I knew this couldn’t be all that life had to offer.
The Moment I Opened My Eyes
My epiphany came unexpectedly while studying for a holistic certification. I read a simple but powerful line: “Internal waste accumulates faster than repair systems can process it.”
It made perfect sense.
My fatigue, and the fatigue of so many driven people, wasn’t about doing more. It was about clearing less.

What Changed
Within weeks of consistently applying these mechanisms, everything shifted.
