In 1903, Thomas Edison predicted a shift in medicine, saying:
"The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease."

Fast forward to today, and trust in the healthcare system is declining. Doctors, researchers, and patients alike are frustrated. Many healthcare professionals are even questioning what they were taught as they watch chronic disease rates continue to rise.

At the same time, we live in an era where health
information is just a click away. But how much of that information is actually evidence-based? People are increasingly turning to TikTok, Google, and online communities for answers, sometimes with great success, sometimes with dangerous misinformation.

One thing is clear: More and more people are realizing they can eat and move their way out of many health issues. Prevention, lifestyle medicine, and holistic approaches to wellness are no longer fringe ideas, they are the future.
