Western societies have normalized self-inflicted aging acceleration through chronic inflammation from ultra-processed diets, sedentary lifestyles, and poor sleep. At the same time, we chase anti-aging miracles in a desperate bid for longevity.

It’s as if we’re setting fire to our own houses while searching for the perfect fireproof paint.

The human body isn’t aging faster because it’s “flawed” or lacking chemical intervention, it’s simply responding predictably to an unnatural environment we’ve created. And yet, instead of realigning with the fundamentals that have sustained human health for millennia, we demand futuristic shortcuts to undo the consequences of our own excesses.

The obsession with reversing aging
without reversing self-inflicted damage is like asking a drowning man if he prefers a gold-plated life vest, it misses the point entirely.

If you truly want to slow aging, stop accelerating it. Audit your daily habits. Live in alignment with health and don't
just wait for science to save you.
